Our company has established a customer service center composed of 20 people, which is responsible for providing customers with comprehensive after-sales service, including 16 technicians. The customer service center is mainly composed of several parts: technical support department, after-sales service department and main product maintenance department.
The customer information department mainly receives the repair application information and feedback information from customers, classifies and archives them, and implements them to relevant functional departments according to the different requirements of customers, tracks the whole service process, ensures the timeliness of customer service, establishes customer files and returns to customers at regular intervals. The technical service department is mainly responsible for solving the technical problems in the after-sales service, timely handling and answering the technical problems raised by customers, and carrying out on-site service. The maintenance department is mainly responsible for product maintenance and tracking.
